Are you also realizing that more and more women are smoking? For most people a woman that smokes doesn’t really look great. The truth is that a Goddess doesn’t smoke, no matter what.
There are so many health risks that a woman is doing to herself when she is smoking all the time! Health risks that can be dangerous for her, and if she is pregnant, for her baby as well. These are some really essential reasons why women should not even consider smoking.
Decrease in bone density
The one problem that most women are struggling with when they are older, is that bone density is decreasing. This can cause problems like breaking of bones a lot easier, and struggling to walk and doing the normal daily things a woman is doing.
If you are a smoker, and you smoke a lot, then you are going to have even a higher chance of decreasing your bone density. Breaking bones and hips when you are older is something that is taking a long time to heal, and for smokers it can take even longer.
This is a side effect that not only women will struggle with, but also a serious problem among smokers. Smoking can damage your lungs. And, without lungs, you can’t breathe and you can die, as simple as that. There is a well-known connection between lung cancer and smoking.
One of the reasons why people are starting to smoke in the first place is because of depression or feeling lots of stress.
However, the one thing that they don’t realize is the fact that women that are smoking because they are stressed are making it just worse. Smoking might let you feel better for a moment or two, but when the cigarette is out of your body, there are good chances to feel worse and even start getting depressed. Nicotine is only a short-term solution for depression and overstress.
There are different ways that smoking can have a bad influence on your menstrual cycle. Getting pregnant can also be harder when you are a smoker. Fertility is decreased when you are smoking. The more you are going to smoke the harder it will become to fall pregnant – even if you have a healthy body!
Women that are smoking frequently are going to struggle with more frequent menstrual cycles that aren’t 28 days apart, and the menstrual will be much more painful than for those women who don’t smoke.
On the other hand, smoking women might start with menopause a lot sooner than other women might. Meaning that you might struggle with menopause problems and symptoms much sooner than your friends and family. Making the whole process a lot harder.
We all know that when you are pregnant and you smoke that your baby can suffer from the smoke and nicotine as well. This isn’t healthy for a child to struggle with nicotine, even before they are born. A study from The American Journal of Human Genetics (March 2016) shows a link between pregnant women smoking and the differences in their babies’ DNA. Smoking might contribute to certain birth defects (deficits in weight, height, and head circumference at birth). (see for more https://www.scientificamerican.com/article/mother-s-smoking-during-pregnancy-affects-baby-s-dna/). Recent research has also noted a higher rate of behavioral problems among children who were prenatally exposed to tobacco.
Smoking in the first trimester increase the risk that the baby might have health problems and might even die before you reach the 12 weeks of pregnancy. So many women are saying that they will stop smoking when they fell pregnant! But what about the time from getting pregnant until you realize that you’re pregnant? This can be time when you harm your baby.
Second degree smoke
Second degree smoke can be just as serious as smoking yourself – something that many mothers are forgetting. Children and babies that are living near a smoking mother can have serious lung problems when they grow up.
There are many women that are smoking all the time. And, not only does it not look nice, there are so many health problems that you can do to yourself. Smoking can harm more than just yourself. It can harm your child and your unborn baby. Even, if you don’t realize that you are pregnant. Women should be really careful to start smoking. It doesn’t matter if you are smoking one cigarette a day, or if you are smoking 5 cigarettes a day, the harm that you are doing to yourself, is the same.
