People have always told me to be present and called me a dreamer. Maybe that’s why I often found myself, excuse the cliche, with my head in the clouds. I once read that writers are often in this state of mental reverie. I must admit it was a relief to find out that artists and authors are also quite forgetful. Of course in this state of not being present, it’s not hard for my keys to go wandering off, my glasses to leave on vacation, or (this is the worst) my wallet to disappear.
I thought I should review a little my 40th celebration of this amazing life of mine. Why? I saw yesterday an official, irreparable wrinkle by the middle of my forehead! She looked at me in the mirror, so serious, resolved to me to know that she would be forever there. And told me to not even try old tricks with a mask of egg whites. I definitely needed a new approach!

One more famous ageless celebrity, Lucy Liu, most known for her roles in the movies “Kill Bill” and “Charlie’s Angels”, had a very difficult life before reaching the celebrity ranking. Born as a daughter of a Chinese immigrant, Lucy grew up speaking Mandarin in New York and she started learning English at the age of 5. She trained the martial art kali-eskrima-silat as a hobby, which is very similar to Samurai fighting style. That is the reason why Lucy usually didn’t need the doubler for the fighting scenes.
